The Bluffs at Lafayette is a master-planned, mixed-use development situated on 500-acres adjacent to Highway 331 in Freeport, FL. It offers a mixture of residential and commercial uses geared towards solving the market’s overall dearth in supply and limited workforce housing options.
In partnership with SilverPine Real Estate Investments, ZMX Inc. plans to develop 22.35 acres of the master plan into 252 multifamily units and 101 townhome units. This will be ZMX’s first project outside of the Nashville Metro, with expected unit delivery in Q1 of 2025.
Multifamily buildings will be constructed using a slab on grade garden style construction featuring cost effective, but uncompromising finishes. Townhomes and carriage houses will feature garage parking with family oriented two and three bedroom units with balconies.
Both phases will consist of independent pool areas, clubhouses, and fitness equipment.
